These emergency change contact details should strictly only be used in the rare event of a major disaster or critical breaking news incident which (i) has a direct detrimental effect on the products, services and/or business operations you supply, (ii) has a negative reputational effect on your brand image or (iii) means that the immediate continuation of your advertising would contravene the broadcast and/or advertising code requirements regarding taste, decency and/or inappropriate scheduling

Sky Media reserves the right to decline any such request if it is not reasonably deemed by Sky Media to be material or critical. Examples of past major breaking news disasters or critical incidents under which this facility would have been used are: 9/11 US Terrorist attacks, 7/7 London bombings, Japanese Tsunami, Costa Concordia Italian ferry disaster etc.
